This marketplace was built by a Vermont Tier-1 cultivator and is run on a simple set of commitments. They’re here in plain language so growers, retailers, and regulators can hold us to them.
Free forever to participate
Listing your products, getting verified, receiving and accepting orders, messaging buyers, and generating the invoice and CCB transport manifest for an order placed here — all free, for every licensed Vermont business, permanently. We never charge to take part in the marketplace.
No pay-to-play, ever
You cannot buy a better position. There is no paid placement, no sponsored listings, no ads, and no way to pay for higher ranking or more visibility. Listings are ordered by objective signals — freshness, completeness, and reliability — the same for everyone.
License checks are earned, not bought
When you see a “License verified” badge, it means one specific thing: we matched the license number against the Vermont Cannabis Control Board’s public licensee directory and it was listed as active as of our last sync. That’s our check against public data — not an endorsement by the CCB, and not something the CCB performed. It can never be purchased, and paying us changes nothing about how your storefront is shown.
You own your data
Your catalog, orders, and customer relationships are yours. We don’t sell your data, we don’t monetize aggregate market data behind your back, and we don’t share it with third parties to advertise to you. Leave anytime and take it with you.
Accessible to everyone
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA so the marketplace works with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technology — a public resource should be usable by every Vermonter.
How we keep the lights on
The marketplace is free because connecting Vermont growers and retailers is a public good. We earn money only if you choose to buy our optional back-office software — compliance reporting, full CRM, labels, route planning — and even then, never from the marketplace, never from your data, never from placement fees. Cannabis payments never touch this platform; they settle directly between you and your counterparty.
